The conference fees have been set and are as follows:

Professionals - $295
International Members - $265
Graduate/Undergraduate Students - $265

If you are becoming a NODA member (or renewing your membership) there is an additional $100 membership fee.

Registration Deadlines
September 23 - October 23, 2009 = 45 – 15 days prior to the opening day of the conference, a fee of $75 will be in effect.

October 24, 2009 = 14 days prior to the opening day of the conference, a fee of $125 will be in effect.

Refunds / cancellation policy
Please note that all NODA membership fees are nonrefundable once payment has been processed; however, you may request a refund for the conference registration fees based on the following refund timeline. Conference registrants requesting a cancellation that is received in writing to the NODA Home Office on or before 5 p.m., October 21, 2009, will receive a full refund. Registrants requesting a cancellation in writing on or before 5 p.m., October 28, 2009, will receive a refund minus a $100 late cancellation fee. Absolutely no refunds will be made to individuals canceling after 5 p.m. October 28, 2009. Conference organizers cannot accept refund requests that result from cancelled flights and/or natural disasters.
